- Land for DIA Office
- Land for Skill Development
- Repair of Drains and Roads
- Apparel Park Maintenance
- Water Supply and Lake Rejuvenation
- Land for Truck Parking
- Link Road to connect 1st Phase and 2nd phase of Industrial Area
- Petty Shops
- Illegal Construction on KIADB Road
- CETP
- CSR Activities
